You usually cannot claim asylum in the UK or Canada from here. Those claims are made in that country. LIA cannot lodge a UK or Canada asylum claim from Lahore as if it were a visa.
If you are already there, that country's authority decides. We may review papers from here. We do not appear in their court. We do not replace a lawyer in that country.
