Student visa filing, after you already have an offer
If a university has already offered you a place, we prepare the visa file and complete the application with you: funds, purpose, language, and a record that matches the offer. You attend biometrics. The visa post decides. We do not file without an offer, and we do not promise a stamp.
You already hold an offer letter and, where the destination uses one, a CAS, CoE, or the equivalent confirmation of enrolment. You need the visa application, bank evidence, and purpose statement to agree with that place. You can work with us from anywhere. The Lahore office is optional.
Not this page
You do not have an offer. A student visa file built on a hoped-for admission is a waste of official fees. Start at university admissions. This page is also the wrong place if you want a country chosen from a poster, or if the real task is a work or visit route.
THE WORK
What we do for you
After a usable offer, we prepare the visa file and complete the application with you. You still sign, pay official fees, and attend biometrics.
Evidence list
What that visa post asks for, versus what you already have. Missing items are named before we file.
Funds trail
Fees and living costs in the form the destination currently requires. Whose money, how it arrived, and who sponsors you must be documented.
Purpose and language
Why this course, and language evidence if the course or the visa rules ask for it. The statement has to match the offer, not a generic study story.
Complete and submit
We complete the online application in your name and submit it when the offer, funds, and purpose agree.
Queries
If the visa post asks for more, we stay on the file. You still attend biometrics. The authority grants or refuses.
OVERSEAS CLIENTS
If you live outside Pakistan
A special power of attorney or a written authority letter lets the Lahore office collect Pakistan-side papers: bank records, civil documents, and attestations. We send the wording. You sign through the process that applies where you live. Courier the original if the office needs wet ink. We act only within that paper. A WhatsApp message is not legal authority.
The visa application remains yours. We cannot sit biometrics for you.
UK, CANADA, AUSTRALIA
Notes by destination
These are the usual gates. The current instructions at filing time still control the file.
United Kingdom
We file after a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). Course, dates, and funds must match that CAS.
Canada
A study permit file starts after an offer from a designated learning institution (DLI), plus any provincial attestation letter (PAL) the current rules require.
Australia
A Subclass 500 student visa file starts after a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). The Genuine Student requirement is read against the course and your record, not a slogan.
EVIDENCE
What we need
A visa officer reads the offer and the rest of the papers as one story. Gaps and contradictions are what get files refused, not a missing stamp on a decorative extra document.
Offer letter, CAS or CoE equivalent
Course name, campus, start date, and fees must match the form. If the destination issues a CAS, CoE, or similar enrolment document, we treat that as part of the gate, not an optional extra.
Funds
You need money for fees and living costs in the form and for the holding period the destination actually requires. Whose account, how the money arrived, and who the sponsor is must be documented. Overnight deposits with no paper trail are a common reason files fail.
Purpose and language
Why this course, why now, and what you return to after it. Language results if the course or the visa rules ask for them. Previous visas and refusals belong in the same pack, not in a later explanation after an officer finds them.
HOW THE FILE IS BUILT
How the file is built
We line the application against the offer first. Then money. Then purpose. Nothing is submitted while those three still disagree with each other.
01
Offer check
We confirm the offer and any CAS, CoE, or equivalent is real, current, and complete enough to file against.
02
Evidence list
What the destination asks for versus what you already have. Missing items are named before paid work on the forms.
03
Assembly
Forms, bank papers, sponsor letters, and statements written so they describe the same person and the same course.
04
Consistency pass
Dates, names, fees, and travel history checked against the offer. Contradictions are fixed or flagged.
05
Filing
We complete the application in your name and submit it when offer, funds, and purpose agree. You attend the visa centre for biometrics. The authority grants or refuses.
The relevant authority, not LIA, grants or refuses the visa.
THE RULES WE USE
How we read the law
Each file is checked against current immigration law and that visa post's instructions at the time of filing. A checklist from last year is not the test. If the rules have moved, the file moves with them, or we wait.
BEFORE THE VISA POST
Documents that often need authentication
Degrees, board results, and some civil records are not usable abroad in the form you received them. Destinations often want HEC or IBCC steps first, then MOFA attestation, an apostille, or embassy legalization, depending on where the file is going. That sequence is a separate line of work: document authentication. We tell you which instrument the destination is likely to want. We do not issue the stamp. Ministry offices and embassies do.
If an earlier student file was refused, do not rebuild the same pack and hope. Read visa refusal review first.
DIRECT ANSWERS
Student visa questions
Can you file a student visa without an offer?+
No. We prepare the visa file only after a university has offered you a place. If you still need an offer, start with university admissions.
Do you guarantee the student visa will be granted?+
No. The visa post grants or refuses the application. We check that the offer, funds, and purpose can be read as one file. That is not a promise of a stamp.
I live outside Pakistan. Can you still prepare the student visa file?+
Yes. Document review and advice run online. The Lahore office is there if you prefer to meet in person.
What is a CAS or CoE, and do I need one?+
Some destinations issue a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies, Confirmation of Enrolment, or a similar enrolment document after the offer. We work from whatever the destination actually uses. If that document is required, we do not treat the file as ready without it.
Will you fill in the form and submit the visa?+
Yes. We complete the online application in your name and submit it when the offer, funds, and purpose agree. You still sign what the form requires, pay the official fees, and attend biometrics. We do not file without an offer.
Can I use my parents' bank statements?+
Often, if that visa post allows a sponsor and the money trail is clear. Whose account, how the funds arrived, and how you are related must be on paper. Overnight deposits with no trail are a problem. We check this against the current instructions for that destination.
I live overseas. Can a power of attorney cover Pakistan-side papers?+
Yes. A special power of attorney or a written authority letter lets the Lahore office collect Pakistan-side papers: bank records, civil documents, and attestations. The visa application remains yours. We cannot sit biometrics for you.
Do you follow the latest visa rules?+
Yes. Each file is read against current immigration law and that visa post's instructions at the time of filing. Requirements change. We do not freeze last year's checklist.
What if I am called for an interview?+
You attend. We prepare you so the answers match the file: course, funds, and purpose. We cannot sit the interview for you. The officer decides credibility.
I already have a student visa refusal. Can you file from this page?+
Not as a first step. Send the refusal and the old file. Filing the same pack again rarely answers the officer. Start at refusal review.

Bring the offer if you have it. We will say whether the visa file can be built, or whether admissions is still the next step.
