You have an offer
You already have a named role and a named employer. We test that offer against one destination’s permit or sponsorship rules. If the file can hold, we prepare the paperwork.

Permits and sponsorship
We assess whether a named role, named employer, and one destination’s permit rules can sit in one file. If they can, we prepare that file. We do not find jobs.

Only two of these are work we take. The third is a stop.
You already have a named role and a named employer. We test that offer against one destination’s permit or sponsorship rules. If the file can hold, we prepare the paperwork.
You want to hire someone and need to know whether that role can be sponsored or permitted. We test the role and your organisation against the destination’s rules. We do not recruit the worker for you.
You need us to find a vacancy or an employer. We do not. There is no permit file without a real role and a real employer. Stop here. This page is not a job board.
WHAT WE DO
A permit file is a test of three things at once: the role, the employer, and the destination’s rules. If one of those is missing or contradictory, there is no file to prepare.
Title, duties, pay, and location have to match what the destination treats as a sponsorable or permittable job. A vague manager line is not enough.
Whether that organisation can sponsor or host you under the destination’s rules, including what it must already hold or be willing to apply for.
Qualifications, work history, and any previous refusals have to fit the same story as the role. Gaps get named, not papered over.
We read the permit or sponsorship route that actually applies. We do not start from a country list and work backwards.
If those four pieces do not agree, we stop. If they do, we prepare the paperwork. We will not build a file on a job that does not exist, an employer that cannot sponsor, or a destination whose rules the role cannot meet.
EMPLOYER-SIDE EXAMPLES
These names are examples of employer applications. They are not jobs we sell. The visa file is a later step.
A Labour Market Impact Assessment is the employer’s application, not yours. We can prepare that file if the role can hold. We do not place you in a Canadian job.
The UK employer needs a sponsor licence first. Then a Certificate of Sponsorship for the named worker. We assess whether that employer can meet those steps. We do not find a UK sponsor for you.
UAE work usually needs the employer’s labour approval first. We test whether that employer can obtain it for the named role. We do not invent a UAE employer.
When a permit or approved sponsorship is in hand, the visa file is a separate step. See work visa.
We do not guarantee a job. We do not run recruitment. If you need an employer, you need an employer, not this page.
We do not guarantee a permit. The relevant authority decides. We assess whether the role, the employer, and the rules can sit in one file. If they can, we prepare that file. Saying the file can hold is not a promise that it will be granted.
We do not sell a visa on the back of a permit you do not have. If someone is offering you a work visa without a role, a sponsor, or a permit route that exists, that is not work we will take. If a previous file was refused, that belongs on refusal review before anyone talks about a new permit file.
When a permit or approved sponsorship is in hand, this page is finished. The visa file is a separate step. See work visa.
Some supporting papers will need authentication before a visa post will accept them. That work sits on apostille and related document pages, not here. Do not start a visa file on a draft contract or a verbal offer. Until the permit or sponsorship is actually approved, you are still on this page.
If the permit is refused, we read the reasons before anyone plans a visa. Sometimes the next step is a better-evidenced permit file. Sometimes it is stop.
OVERSEAS CLIENTS
If you live outside Pakistan, you can appoint LIA with a special power of attorney or an authority letter. That lets us do Pakistan-side paperwork on a file that already has a named role and a named employer. A power of attorney does not invent an employer. It does not start a job search. You still sign what the authority requires you to sign.
HOW THE FILE MOVES
Each step ends with continue, wait, or stop. Nothing moves to a visa page until a permit or approved sponsorship exists.
Role, employer, destination, and what papers you already have.
Whether that job and that employer can meet the destination’s permit rules.
What the employer must hold, what you must show, what is missing.
If the test holds, we prepare the permit or sponsorship paperwork.
Work visa work starts after a permit or approved sponsorship.
Employers and authorities decide permits and visas. LIA does neither.
DIRECT ANSWERS
These answers are for the permit and sponsorship test. Visa questions belong on the work visa page.
No. We do not find jobs. We do not sell a guaranteed permit. Employers and authorities decide. We test whether a named role, a named employer, and one destination’s rules can sit in one file.
Only with a permit or approved sponsorship in hand. This page is the permit and sponsorship test. The work visa file is a later step. See work visa.
Then there is no permit file to assemble. We do not run a job search. A consultation without a role and an employer ends with that fact.
We still check that employer and that role against the destination’s sponsorship and permit rules. If the employer cannot meet them, we say so before anyone spends on a visa file.
Yes. If the file can hold, we prepare the permit or sponsorship paperwork. That is not a promise the authority will grant it.
Yes. Review runs online. For Pakistan-side paperwork you can appoint LIA with a special power of attorney or an authority letter. That paper does not invent an employer.
They are employer-side steps, not job offers. In Canada, an LMIA is the employer’s application. In the UK, the employer needs a sponsor licence and then a Certificate of Sponsorship. In the UAE, the employer seeks labour approval. The visa file comes after that. See work visa.
No. Naming those routes does not mean we place workers. We assess a real role at a real employer. We do not recruit.
